Climactera: Warrior of Menopause

Where did my WAP go? Menopause, 365 consecutive days with no period, for some a dream come true, for others and introduction to increased body aches, insomnia, anxiety, libido has reduced, and a sense of dryness top to toe, the days of WAP seem like a recent memory.

You could totally take hormones, I love hormones, but some studies and anecdotal reports have shown that cannabis helps with all the symptoms. More specifically, cannabinoids have been shown to assist with decreasing pain, decreasing nausea, insomnia, and a reduction in total body inflammation.

Sexy time benefits include, increasing libido, enhancing orgasm, reducing pain with sexual activity. If vaginal dryness is an issue, well there are lubes being developed as we speak.

Getting hot? Higher levels of THC can lower body temperature. To reduce the "high" associated with THCi, consider more CBD, increasing CBD will most likely reduce the altering effects of the THC.

You must determine which formulation, delivery method (vapor, topical, oral), and whether it interacts with supplements or other medications is suitable for you.

These phases of life can be intense but they need not be painful, physically, spiritually, or emotionally. There is support.

If you are in NYS and want to discuss options, DM me or go to the link in the bio.

If you are out of state I offer consultations, education, and coaching.

The idea is not to avoid or deny these stages of life but to roll with them in ease, grace, and sassy sweet juicy goodness.
