We have a no-refund policy on coaching, programs, courses and any other products offered by us. There are no exceptions for this. Cancellations made due to emergencies and special circumstances will be considered on an individual basis. For one-to-one coaching, no-shows, reschedule requests or cancellations received without adequate notice (at least 24 hours) will be charged full price for the missed session. For group coaching programs, no-shows or cancellations will not be refunded. You should carefully consider the time commitment involved in a group coaching program. It is also important that you ensure that the program/coaching is the right fit for you. A good way to test this is to book a free discovery call with me.


All products on our site are digital in nature. In the case of Ebooks or PDFs these will be delivered to the email address that you used when purchasing. For courses, and coaching programs, you will be emailed instructions on how to proceed. Live courses (unless otherwise specified) will be delivered over Zoom. If you do not receive an email with details on your purchase, please contact immediately.  Emails occasionally go into junk mail, so it is also advised to check there first. In the case of failure to notify Jessica ahead of a live course or scheduled coaching call that you do not have the Zoom details, this will be considered a no-show. Please refer to our refunds policy for more details on this.
