This is not what I meant by Hot Girl Summer

Still bleeding but shit has changed. The journey from period to climacteric (menopause) is perimenopause. Think of puberty, the rewind /reload, damn DJ I’m about to lose my shit. Perimenopause can begin as early as your mid 30s and last for

10 years. Changes in flow amount, length and timing. PMS can become worse, as well as layering on joint pain, hot flashes, and mood change. Enough to make a person feel ungrounded and want to scream “WTF”.

Does cannabis help? You bet your hot ass it does. Again, the body wants to find balance always, so here comes CBD and THC to trigger the bliss molecules, anandamides, a neurotransmitter that you already make, binds to receptors in the brain and nervous system. However, CBD will also work with anandimine, but without the altered mental status. CBD also will help with inflammation and address pain, as well as remove some of the hormonal snark that you would otherwise redirect.
