BY PAYING FOR M3 (Mistress’ of the Menopausal Mind) EITHER IN PARTIAL OR IN FULL, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS BELOW:

You irrevocably agree to enter into this six month Agreement with Jessica Jolie Badonsky, NP Family Health PLLC (the “Companies” or “we/us”), then this Participant Agreement (the “Agreement”) automatically becomes a binding contract between you and the Companies, and applies to your participation in the M3 (Mistress’ of the Menopausal Mind). By paying for M3 (Mistress’ of the Menopausal Mind), you agree to these Terms and Conditions, without modification, and acknowledge reading them.

Your Commitment to the Community

You acknowledge that you are committing to a community container and that everyone has individual approaches to learning and participation. You acknowledge that there may be times when you or other participants will have a difference of opinion or values and that you will deal with those differences with dignity and respect for yourself and others.

Participation Requirements

Participants agree to participate in the five month M3 (Mistress’ of the Menstrual Mind) Community in good faith and in a way so as to not bring disrepute or cause reputational or other damage to the collective.

You agree that you will not engage in any activity which is:

a) defamatory, fraudulent, unlawful, threatening, intimidating, harassing, disrespectful, inappropriate, harmful, hateful, abusive, obscene, invasive of another’s privacy, sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist, violent or degrading;

b) infringes the intellectual or other proprietary interests of third parties;

c) violates any law; or

d) encourages or incites any other person to engage in any of the above behaviour

Your Financial Commitment

All prices are displayed in USD.

In order to secure your commitment to M3 (Mistress’ of the Menopausal Mind), we require a full payment of $500 or a payment plan consisting of a $150 deposit be paid at the time of enrollment andone subsequent monthly payment of $350.

Refunds and Cancellation

Because of the nature of M3 (Mistress’ of the Menopausal Mind), there are no refunds under any circumstances.

Intellectual Property

M3 (Mistress’ of the Menopausal Mind) retains the right to all intellectual property (whether registered or not) that is created by us and you agree not to disclose, sell or deal with our materials in any way other than in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Termination

This agreement will terminate automatically upon completion of the five month M3 (Mistress’ of the Menopausal Mind) container. This agreement will be terminated if you fail to pay any amounts owing by the due date without proper communication with the M3 (Mistress’ of the Menopausal Mind) hosts. We reserve the right to terminate this agreement if a breach of the terms occurs. We also reserve the right to terminate this agreement in the unfortunate event that we become unable to provide the services requested, in which case all monies paid for work not undertaken will be refunded.

If your agreement is terminated you will no longer have access to the M3 (Mistress’ of the Menopausal Mind) community, voxer chat or membership site. The restrictions imposed on you with respect to the material provided to you, payment obligations, and the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities contained in these terms and conditions will survive termination.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America.

You acknowledge that while you will be receiving support in stepping into leadership, you will not hold Jessica Jolie Badonsky, NP Family Health PLLC responsible for anything related to your personal or business success, health status, or otherwise.
